Project Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the industry or steel-framed construction, with a passion for overseeing projects from conception to completion. This role will involve a combination of on-site and office-based work, collaborating closely with our Operations team and the customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage construction activities on-site.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
