We are currently on the lookout for driven sales professionals to join the Hallgruppen Ltd. team. If you possess a fervour for sales, are a self-starting highly competent individual and thrive on nurturing strong customer relationships, why not consider becoming a part of our dynamic workforce. We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated salesperson, ideally with prior experience in the halls, Temporary Buildings or construction sector.
As a Sales Manager at Hallgruppen, your primary responsibilities will revolve around promoting our business, cultivating relationships with both existing and potential customers, exploring untapped markets – and selling buildings. You will play a pivotal role in identifying customer needs and tailoring optimal solutions.
Whilst not essential, it would be a plus if you live within commuting distance of Stoke on Trent.
- Sales of structures, buildings, and storage solutions
- Initiating contact and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Expanding our customer base
- Preparing quotations and overseeing your sales process / funnel
- Collaborating with various departments for project planning and execution
- Site visits & inspections during the quoting phase, project commencement, and project completion
- Monitoring & taking part in tender competitions
- Contributing to product and solution development
- Participation in exhibitions
- National travel for trade fairs, customer visits etc
- Relevant sales experience within the B2B market, ideally at least 5 years
- Preferred sales experience within our sector or the construction/related industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills (on the road you need to be self-supporting)
- Proactive and ambitious with a knack for identifying opportunities and solutions
- Customer-centric mindset with a keen eye on market trends
- Exceptional collaboration skills, both internally (genuine team-work) and externally (implying excellent empathy skills)
- Goal-driven and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and in teams; flexibility as required
- Methodical and systematic approach to tasks
- Devotion to maintaining and input to improving high-quality standards
