Hallgruppen with more local employees

With strong revenue growth and a large influx of new assignments, Hallgruppen is planning 50 new hires during this year and next year. Now the first five are in place, while the hunt for more employees continues.

Hallgruppen has passed 50 million euros in turnover, and needs more employees to take care of assignments. Now five new employees are in place.

“We have five skilled employees on board, but we still need more people! It’s a fast-paced working environment. Get in touch if you want to work in an international company with a high pace and exciting assignments”, says CEO Lars Dalsgaard in Hallgruppen.

Endre Søholt Aas (44) is employed as HSE and quality manager. He comes from Avinor, where he worked with operations and management close to development projects. He also has several years of experience with offshore and offshore cranes, including TTS Ships Eqipment and National Oilwell Warco.
“I started at Hallgruppen because it’s an exciting company with a good and flexible work environment, and a strong focus on implementation. I want to contribute to structure and holistic work across the company, which will make us even better – and even faster”, says Aas.

Ann-Christin Kulsrud (55) will start in the position of project manager Construction in October. She has a degree in HVAC engineering from Oslo University College of Engineering, and has a solid background as a project manager and project manager in companies such as Backe, Avinor, Forsvarsbygg, Sjåtil & Fornæss, Hallmaker Stålbygg and various ventilation contractor companies.

“Hallgruppen is growing fast and moving full speed ahead, with a flat structure, short decision processes and quick decisions. I look forward to leading the project management department, and helping to build systems and structures that provide a solid foundation for further growth”, says Kulsrud.
Bjørn Arild Lorvik (54) is employed as project manager for Building. He has a master’s degree in engineering, several years’ background from a technical agency in the municipal sector, and has worked on both the client and contractor side, in companies such as Skanska and Norconsult.

“Hallgruppen is a local company that invests internationally, with large, parallel projects and more and more people joining the team. It’s exciting to be part of the growth, and to ensure a good system and quality that can withstand a high pace”, says Lorvik.

Anders Jakobsson (59) is employed as construction manager Building in Hallgruppen, after working for eight years as construction manager in Hent. Jakobsson is a trained carpenter, certified in measure class 3 concrete, and has 40 years of experience from the construction industry.

“At Hallgruppen there is a high level, high ceilings and good people. We are a team that wants to move forward, and the management has a healthy view of the operation of the company. I like working in a young environment, and I have a lot to contribute in the form of solid and long experience on the construction side”, says Jakobsson.

Trond Lundby (40) is employed as construction manager within Building. Lundby is a certified carpenter, and has worked at Block Watne with rental of lifts and machines to the construction industry.
