Tarpaulin – Technical info
Hallgruppen delivers tarpaulins in different qualities and special solutions based on customers’ needs and wishes. Professionals choose our standard tarpaulins for roofing, for example. Our standard tarpaulins weigh 450 g/m2 and 600 g/m2, are flexible when cold and are UV and fire retardant. All standard tarpaulins have strong brass enamel per metre all the way around.
We stock PVC tarpaulins and light tarpaulins made of cross-laminated polyethylene. For fast delivery, we have standard tarpaulins in stock in the colour grey, but we can manufacture tarpaulins of virtually all colours and sizes.

Light tarpaulins are often the first choice when materials and equipment need to be covered on a construction site. They have a low weight and are easy to handle.

A PVC tarpaulin is used as a cover when you need a strong material for a long period. Thread quality and density of threads in the fabric as well as PVC coating make these tarpaulins very durable.
