Transparency and accountability

Hallgruppen follows the OECD guidelines and the Norwegian Transparency Act by respecting human rights and ensuring decent working conditions for employees and suppliers. This involves preventing discrimination, promoting equality and freedom of expression, and ensuring safe working conditions and fair wages.

We have established an anti-corruption policy and ethical guidelines, the Code of Conduct, to ensure high integrity and accountability. In addition, we are working to reduce our environmental impact through lower greenhouse gas emissions, less waste and increased use of renewable resources.

Expectations of suppliers and partners

Through our Supplier Code of Conduct, we set requirements for human rights, working conditions, environmental standards and transparency. Suppliers are selected for inspection to ensure that they comply with these principles. Our focus on ethical and responsible business practices is intended to build trust among customers and society.
