Exciting progress on RT Eiendom 1 AS, Reolteknikk AS, and Asian Food projects

We are pleased to share the latest developments in two of our major construction projects.

New headquarters and warehouse for Reolteknikk AS

For RT Eiendom 1 AS, we are constructing a warehouse building with a total usable area of approximately 3,000 square meters, complemented by about 4,500 square meters of paved outdoor space. This facility will be leased to Reolteknikk AS, a company renowned for its expertise in warehouse shelving and modern warehouse operations.

The upcoming headquarters and warehouse in Moreppen represent a significant upgrade from Reolteknikk’s current location in Gjerdrum. Indoor construction is nearly complete, with outdoor paving scheduled to finish during the holiday season. We anticipate handing over the project in September, just in time for Reolteknikk AS to celebrate their 20th anniversary next year. We are proud to be a part of their journey and contribute to their continued growth and success.

Flex building with dry goods and cold storage for Asian Food

Simultaneously, we are making significant headway on an expansive 8,660 square meter warehouse building for Asian Food, a leading importer and distributor of Asian food products in Norway. This facility is designed to cater to diverse storage needs, with 7,300 square meters dedicated to dry goods, 1,100 square meters for chilled and frozen products, and a mezzanine floor to accommodate 12 employees.

This flex building will increase Asian Food’s storage capacity from 4,800 to 22,000 pallet places, significantly enhancing their operational capabilities and market position.
