Hallgruppen has signed a contract with Otto Olsen AS for extensive development of warehouses and office premises at Skedsmo.

The new building is a major extension of an existing warehouse and office building at Berger in Skedsmo. The new building alone will be 7,875 square metres, and the contract sum is 8 million euros. The job, which is a design and construction contract where Hallgruppen is responsible for the design and execution, was won in competition with four other suppliers.

According to CEO Kjetil Høgbakken of Otto Olsen, Hallgruppen stood out among those who competed for the contract.

The building is scheduled to be completed for delivery in February next year. Astrup and Helleren AS are the architects.
